Saudade is a Portuguese word which meaning is to miss a lot something. A few days ago I received a parcel from my house with a lot of things: food, magazines, clothes and some medicines (this is important). I have reminded the Spain's smell and taste, the Santaella's taste and smell. And I have felt a strong homesickness, a lot of 'saudade' (I'm going to my country in a week but I can't go to my village...).

This is my second week in my new job and everything is going well. I have changed the washing machine for the PC, and at the beginning it's more difficult because I'm learning to manage all the software. Also, yesterday I signed the contract. Maybe it was the best present for my birthday.
Yesterday I was watching the Notting Hill Carnival. It is a big parade with different group of people dancing, playing some instruments (drums) and dressed up. It was interesting but for me is not a proper carnival. It's just a lot of percussion, dances (usually not really nice) and not very ingenious and original fancy dresses.
Last Sunday finished the Olympic Games. I have seen several things, but
This morning I went to the Olympic Park to see a handball game: Norway Vs Korea. A friend of mine had tickets and she wanted to share them with me. Thanks, Helen! It was amazing!!! We saw this game and a little bit of the next one: Montenegro Vs Angola. And also we had a look at the sport facilities: the Basketball Arena, the Olympic Stadium, the Velodrome, etc. I feel like I'm in a bubble. And I feel like I'm in a bubble also because something very good is coming for my professional life. I don't want to say anything at the moment because it isn't absolutely sure, but I'll tell you more about that in next chapters...
